First post!

Hello! This is the first post in the blog I’ve started to try and bring together all the recipes I’ve baked or cooked and all the alternative products, cafes and restaurants that I’ve found since I was diagnosed with IBS and gluten, dairy and egg intolerance.

I have updated the shopping list section which lists all the product alternatives I’ve tried and liked as a sort of mini-review section, but also a reference for anyone who is new to food intolerances.
