Welcome to my blog! I am a 27 year old, living in London and I love to cook and bake; partly spurred on by the fact that I’m intolerant to dairy, egg, gluten and yeast, which really cuts into what I can eat from supermarkets and restaurants. Being intolerant to foods has made me far more adventurous and creative in what I cook, as well as opening my eyes to all the shops, cafes and bakeries that do make great food that I can eat, so it’s not all bad. Adapting what and how I used to bake and eat has been a challenge and has resulted in a few pancake-cakes (though I blame my new oven), but it has also resulted in some good recipes that are worth sharing.
